The VIDIA group is the result of the evolution of a business group that has its origin in the 80s of the last century and has worked in the biotechnology, real estate and sustainable energy sectors, among others.
In 2015, the VIDIA group began a restructuring process with the entry of new lines of business and projects in the field of Health, the exploitation of mining products, tourist operations and the sale of heavy equipment machinery. By this we intend to consolidate our growth and the creation of added value in society.
Our vision for the year 2020 is that of a diversified business group with a multinational presence and a highly professional organization that allows us to optimize all the processes in which their companies are involved, contributing to improve the quality of life of people.
We based our work on effort, responsibility, sustainability and respect for people and their legitimate interests.
The group is currently divided into five divisions:

- Promotion and exploitation of residential assets

Vicente Sáez González
President
Founding member of the group and co-founder of Grupo Axys, Metalcor Inversiones, Irish Developments, among other companies. He has held positions on the Boards of Directors of different companies in the real estate and biotechnology sectors. Bachelor of Business Administration, he began his career in the world of financial and business advice, although he soon launched his first business projects that have given rise to the current group.
Juan Jesús Bandera González
Managing Director
Bachelor of Business Administration, Master in Health Economics and Healthcare Organizations Management and Expert in Healthcare Management (ESADE), he started his professional career at Price Waterhouse, having developed most of his professional life since 1995 as public entities manager in the Public Health System of Andalusia, also being a member of the Board in many different public entities and public-private joint ventures companies in the field of ICT and health. He joined the group in 2015 as General Director of the subsidiary in charge of management and development of the group's business.
